When you sign a Project Agreement, we additionally collect your business name, phone number, and the agreed details of your project.
We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, deliver the services you have engaged us for, and communicate with you throughout the project. We do not use it for marketing.
To deliver our services, your information may be processed by third-party providers handling payment processing, transactional email, and website hosting. We do not sell your data.
Contact form submissions are retained only as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry.
Project and contract records are retained for up to 6 years in line with HMRC requirements.
